"They were so excellent! It's been pretty rough I was having financial trouble. When he came to give me estimates I let him know what I needed done. I have a cell phone and can receive text messages, but I can't respond him. I received a message and another attachment that I couldn't open. The message say "Mr. Boyd will no longer do your lawn service" but I'm not sure what. I couldn't see what else was sent. I want to clarify our misunderstanding so I can continue working with him. He does beautiful work. Good work needs to be recognized, and I want him to know how excellent his work is. I would like him to please give me a chance so we can finish this work."

"They are really good. We have a mowing contract with them. They do excellent clean up and edging. They are very prompt too. They come when they say and do a nice clean up. We are very satisfied. The pricing is very fair because we had phoned a few other places and they either never called back or never showed up. We've been using Kings for about a year now and they are fantastic! When we were having all that rainy weather, they called to apologize that they won't be coming out that day and they rescheduled and were there immediately. They are very professional."

"Rafael informed me he had to come back for reinforcement. I was not available during the week, therefore, the only time I was home was on the weekend. When I called Rafael he told me he was off but he still managed to drive from his home (west Kendal to Hialeah/miami lakes - almost an hour drive) just so that he can take care of the job and keep me as a happy customer. I'm so happy he was able to do this for me due to my crazy weekly schedule. I feel relieved that reinforcement was made. Now a recap from his first visit - well looks like.... I will be roach free permanently !!!! :) he will defiantly be added to my FAVORITES!!! He will be the only person (to go guy) I will be going to for anymore pest control/problems. "Had a pretty decent relationship with the sales guy and the first person who did the pest services. They sent out another person several months ago for pest control and he is very condescending in conversations. Here's how I would rate the Pest Control <br /> Ants -  B. They would be responsive and come out and service the ghost ant issues, but I would find them in other areas after the service was done.  <br /> Roaches - D. They would place traps, sticky pads, but basically punted and said there's nothing they can do other than have the house completely sealed or the roaches will get in. They came out to service the roaches one time and it got much worse the week after.  <br /> Lawn Care <br /> The technician guy is really a great guy. I don't know why, but the front strip in front of my house by the sidewalk and the back yard didn't really ever get better than what it was over a year ago.  <br /> Professionalism/Customer service:  <br /> I'd say they are overall very responsive from the sales guy to the techcnician, but I didn't see the results enough to warrant keeping the service. I had an issue with the condescending talk from the newer pest control guy as well and the biggie was that I cancelled the service yesterday, and today I woke up to a "W**" text from my sales guy.  <br /> I sure would have been fired if I sent one of my customers a "W**" message in any capacity.  <br /> So I don't know "W**" is up with that, but Truly Nolan needs to invest in some customer service/communication training.  <br /> <br />"
