"So pleased to find this company and their natural non-toxic pest control strategies.  Other natural pest control companies I contacted did not serve my area of South Miami-Dade.  Mark from Xact explained the products they use and as a Health Coach I am familiar with the products and happy that I do not need to worry about impact on our family's health or that of our dog.  The cost is for an annual contract for quarterly service plus the special lawn treatment they did for ticks.  They place pest control products in the outlets and switch plates as well as outside around the perimeter of the house.  After 10 days, we have not seen one palmetto bug (saw at least one daily before) and all the ants we are seeing are dead.  They have been extremely responsive to calls/questions, and have been prompt or early to appointments each time.  They have even done some creative problem-solving with us to address a unique issue.

"I hired Suarez Tree Services after Hurricane Ian left many of my trees uprooted and in need of removal. Some trees were so badly damaged they had to be cut down leaving stumps that had to be removed after the trees were cut down. The members of the Suarez crew were hard working and the stump removal was not an easy task as the stumps were green wood and required more time and effort to remove than dry wood stumps. After the stumps were grinded down and the area cleaned , it was as though a tree was never standing in that spot. Most of my trees still standing were badly damaged with hanging or broken fronds still attached to the palm trees. I was asked if l would like to have the trees pruned and trimmed. I was glad l was asked because l wasnâ t even thinking about fixing the trees only about removing them. Although tree pruning was not that of a professional tree pruner, my trees were left in a healthier condition with a better chance of recovering from the storm damage because they were pruned. I would hire the Suarez Tree Services crew again if needed for tree or stump removal. Joan"

We've had a difficult time maintaining it because we have a number of special plants that most lawn care companies don't recognize so we've tried doing it ourselves. Edgar and his crew were very attentive to our needs and worked carefully around everything we wanted to save. They pruned trees and shrubs and weeded like crazy straight through the day. It was amazing how quickly they worked. We feel lucky to have found him. The yard looks fantastic now!!!"
