He found the leak and said it was not a big problem and will fix it at no charge. He had to return to the shop and get some sealant. He proceeded to fix the leak and reinforced other areas. He explained that he often does this and it would not be fair to others if he accepted payment from me, I kept trying to explain that his time is valuable and should be compensated for. However, he still would not accept payment or my offer to buy breakfast for both him and his wife. Darren still would not accept any form of payment, because as he put it the job was a simple and easy one. Dealing with this company was easy they treated me with respect and not once made be feel anything other than the preferred customer. Darren is truly a special individual, he cares about his customers and the quality of his work and it shows. I will be calling Darren and Dr. Roofing with all my reefing needs."
