"Nixon and his worker worked straight for 5 hours moving 4 rooms of very difficult and heavy furniture. They then went on to repair a desk and hang a very heavy old mirror. They were wonderful. They are planning on returning in the spring to do some outside garden and yard work. I now know who to call when I need anything and everything done in my house."

"Sirlei and her team come to service my house once a week and when they initially started they were aware of my dog and two cats, and all three of them ADORE the women which was a relief because the women interact so kindly with my pets so much so that Teddy, my Yorkie, waits for them on Fridays. But I think it really hit my family and I when we adopted a dog who was neglected and we were worried because he doesn’t let anyone pet or touch him, he is scared of humans in general. Their first and ongoing interactions with my adopted dog has been beyond amazing. He feels safe even when they are cleaning and this is a dog that is scared of someone just petting him. The women are amazing and my family and I can’t say enough good things about them and this company as a whole. In the type of person that wont trust someone if my dog(s) dont trust that person and my dogs beyond love this crew. There are times I wonder where they are, just for them to be getting rubs by the women. 10/10"

"Job estimated at 2 months too fix two walls, partial ceiling and refinish floor. If you use their storage and pack out service it's incredibly expensive. When asked a head of time every was don't worry insurance will cover. They say they clean your items as you can see in the pictures my items are completely dirty. They broke my desk and speaker. First contractor brought in messed everything up. They had to bring in a second contractor to finish job. 2nd guy didn't complete all tasks on estimate. When brought up with Nick in management he got very upset with me and told me he didn't want to go over all issues. I tried 1 last time to get work addressed and spoke with Rebecca. She asked me to send what work wasn't completed. I did this and Nick sent me a demand letter for payment refusing to discuss anything about completed work . Overall processed was very disorganized and when asked questions received hostel response from manager of business. Look elsewhere. You'll be happy you did."

It was a huge, complex, messy, gross cleaning job with cleaning, organizing and dumping involved and every step of the way Jonida from Star Cleaners LLC communicated with me what I needed done so there were no issues. I almost had to reschedule last minute and she was so sweet about rescheduling if needed, but luckily I didn’t have to cancel. She is so unbelievably understanding, accommodating, empathetic, patient, sweet, thorough and has extremely fair pricing. She asked about every little detail so I’d be happy with the results and I can’t say enough good things about this angel. She and her husband finished a huge 4 hour job within less than 2 hours. I wish I had before pictures but it was bad. I can’t recommend Star Cleaners enough to anyone in or around the New Haven area. I called multiple other cleaners. No one compares. Pick them. Period.
