Karoly went above and beyond to insure our needs were met and questions and concerns addressed. The office staff was extremely professional and responsive. When they couldn't answer a question they would refer it to Karoly and he would get back to us. The installation team worked efficiently and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. Over 2 dozen windows and doors were installed to our satisfaction with the exception of two which had minor manufacturers defects. Karoly's staff worked with the manufacturer to order replacement windows and they were installed soon after they were received. During installation, the crew worked very hard, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They already faced many challenges with the very BIG job of replacing all our doors and windows. But, we really threw in a twist when we asked them to finish a 3-day job in 2 days, due to a family emergency. It made for a very long second day, but they stayed late and got it done.
