Because there was no solid footing (just exposed floor joists), a person could accidently puncture a hole through the ceiling due to a misstep. To fix this, Justin installed a solid subfloor and even found a creative way to build a step-up subfloor to accommodate the flex air duct. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy at a fair price. I will be using this company again for future projects in my home."
