Mr. Schmidt has a keen eye for detail and helped us make decisions on the best pavers to use and the best way to structure and layout our new patio. He is very responsive to text messages and email. He communicated effectively with us to keep us informed, and he made sure were aware of what he was doing and what to expect. Mr. Schmidt was punctual and delivered as promised. We felt we could trust him from the very beginning. He made an expensive project and otherwise stressful situation go smoother than we expected, and we are very happy with the final outcome. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"We have had a great deal of contact with Superior since the 11/7/2013 review. We have had technicians to our home to provide additional pest control and fertilization of our lawn and shrubs. Additionally, through contact with Superior Management, we have been promised no return of the and quot;sonand quot; responsible for the poor performance in our home. Management has also reassigned more permanent help to our issues with Scale, brown lawn patches and diseased trees. This we really appreciate b/c experienced help does better work <strong>all the </strong> <strong>time.</strong> Management has also addressed our issue with a stained wall resulting from past spraying for scale. We have been promised an attempt to resolve this which we appreciate. Overall, I would rate Superior as very responsive to complaints from their clients and rearranging work orders/talent commensurate with the issues and resolving them. It shouldn't have taken an Angie's list response to make this happen…..they know this as do I. Their response has been professional and restored faith in their work. I commend their management for this (Romero, et. al.), we are very pleased with the attentiveness of their pest management staff, love their Irrigation folks (a wonderful couple) and, a great big thanks to Rich Lagasse for hanging in there with us. Looking for signs before they become very damaging problems will be the watchword for the future If improvement in all of the above continues throughout 2014, we will be repeat customers and recommend same to others.
