Unfortunately, after the job was done, he never followed through. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails over the course of several weeks (even months), we never heard back. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing, especially since we were told those final steps would be part of the service. I would recommend George work if he actually followed up and stood by his word. Ignoring customers after a job is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression, even when the initial work is solid. We just wish he had followed up. "
