"I was quoted $1200 if the roof leak was detected by the vents but if not they would work down from there and charge $1800 total. They visually inspected the vent area and determined tats was not the source of the leak. The then proceeded to an area below and started to remove tiles . They found the leak area in about 15 minutes and completed the repair in about 1 1/2 hours. I thought the job would be a lot less than $1800 since they did no work on the vent area. $1800 for an 1 1/2 hour job doesnâ t seem right but it's my fault for not seeking other estimates."
