"Called DAN DAN the carpet man and some other carpet cleaner service answered the phone DAN never showed up - it was a replacement from some other service- Angie's List is no longer dependable for referring the people on the list. I used Angies List successfully in the past but no more - more unreliable than Home Advisor or any other service where when you call someone on their referral list, the brother - in - law of the List Owner answers and he does the job - the people who actually subscribe to Angies service get screwed. I have the feeling reliable Angie is not the same: at least with her service before when you called someone - that's who answered the phone Not a substitute."

"Fantastic!! I was called within hours of posting my search on Angie’s List and scheduled for cleaning the next day. Not only were they efficient, they were also friendly and extremely professional. My couch, which was full of stains from pet slobber, body oils and such, looks like new and smells amazing!! I then hired them to clean 3 area rugs, which I had previously been told couldn’t be cleaned. One had blood stains from my puppy’s bleeding paws. All 3 came out spotless!!
