"They were very professional, but also friendly and provided information that I felt would be useful going forward. The Log Doctors arrived exactly on time. They kept me informed as to their ETA as I was leaving work to meet them at the house. They moved the heavier items inside the home in order to place plastic on the inside of the exterior walls...just in case any media would find its way into the house (fortunately my home is very well sealed and no issues with that). They also removed the downspouts, plant hooks and any decor attached to the exterior. They put everything back in its original place. Even moved the porch furniture back and hung the porch swing even though I had removed those items prior to their arrival. The quality of the work was amazing. I was given options if there was more than one alternative; for example after the media blasting began David explained I could elect not to add the colored stain if I preferred the finish to remain more the natural white pine color. i did need to go ahead with the color as there was sun damaged areas that blended in better with the color added. The damage from carpenter bees and then woodpeckers was repaired as well as upward facing cracks. These were never sealed initially so this was over due. Everything looked very professional and the work was of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend and would use this company again. They kept an eye on my two dogs and let them in / out as needed. I left the door unlocked to allow them access to a restroom and felt totally comfortable with that as I was not home most of the time they were there. This company cares about performing the job to the best of their ability."

"The heater they supplied was a good one.  However, they sent an inexperienced repairman to replace the heater.  He slipped and fell through our newly remodeled bathroom.  The company repaired the hole in the wall with the wrong texture and then wrong the  type of grout.  We are going to have ceiling repaired by a company recommended by the my daughter who works for one of the largest builders in the country.  I have cancelled my service with the warrantee company.  I now have to pay an additional $150.00 to have the ceiling refloated and all the wrong grout taken off and replaced with the correct type. <br /> <br /> *In response to service provider response: We hired 1 contractor that they recommended. He came out and said that he did a lot of work for High Tech. He fell through the ceiling that same day. We called High Tech the same day. They wanted my husband to go up in to the ceiling to get a model number. He is 79 years old and could not do that. We then had to contact a different service provider and pay an extra $150.00."
