Waste A Way

"I picked Boll's when I first moved in here, for the air conditioning, and I've used them since then. I haven't done anything about heating, but they've done some air conditioning work for me. The last time that they came and did any work for me was in December, and that's because my house is on a corner and my air conditioner is outside; it was snowy, and a car came across through my yard and hit my air conditioner and I to have it replaced. I have to say they've done a good job for me so far; I'd have to rate them A overall. As far as I know the work is fine. I mean, the air conditioner is working. The air conditioner has only been out there for five months, six months so it couldn't have gotten very dirty, so I don't know if it really needed cleaning or not, but that was their choice, not mine. I'd rate what they did an A. They called me and said would you like a free check-up and I said sure, and they said alright the guy will be there in an hour, and he was. So they were responsive to their own wishes, not to mine. It had not occurred to me to have them come out and check my air conditioner; it was their idea. I'd rate them good on professionalism. First of all, I don't know anything about any other air conditioning companies, and I would have to say that as far as I know, Boll's has done a good job for me. The workers I came in contact with were polite, or he was polite. They've always been polite, and when I had the problem when the car hit the air conditioner, they were responsive and they showed up when they said they were gonna show up, so I rate them well on that."

"I contacted Sure Seal Restorations for an inspection on my home for storm damage from a storm that happened last summer. They came out to do the inspection the same day! Jason and Derek were very professional as they helped me through the insurance claims process and were able to get me a new roof, gutters, gutter guards, and siding. The workers were also very professional during the installation and did an awesome job making sure all of the trash was collected before they left. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and will highly recommend them in the future."

"Here to There movers have helped me move a couple of times and they have been extremely helpful. Not only was the dispatcher helpful and cherry, she answered every on of my questions, multiple times, and when she could not she handed me off to one of the managers/owners who were equally helpful. I had 3nof their movers pack up my storage goods then unpack them. These gentleman were professional and did not take any breaks. My overall experience was very good and I highly recommend this company! That is not even the best thing that happened. During the move they carefully wrapped some glass inserts for a couple of end tables. 3 days latter as I started to organize my condo I found that the inserts were missing. I called the company, talked to the dispatcher and 2 days latter the inserts were sitting at my door when I came home. I absolutely, without equivocation recommend this company for moving your stuff and taken care of you junk too."
