"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

Jason and his crew ( Mike and Tony ) as well as the tile crew ( Oscar and Enricay ) were courteous and professional. Jason always kept us up to date every day on events coming up. </p> <p>Work took 3 weeks to complete. One week of which was for the measuring, fabricating and installing the above tiled pony wall glass panel.</p> <br />"

Nick leaves the workspace tidy while the project is ongoing and takes great care to protect any existing furniture, walls, etc. He has done multiple projects for me and is also just a really great human. "Birchard met with my husband and I on numerous occasions to discuss the work to do in our kitchen.  He was friendly, personable, and worked with us on coming up with a plan that made us happy.  He took one of our cabinet doors so he could use it as a sample to get some cabinets made.  We scheduled for the work to be started end of Sept 2015 and we were supposed to pick out a counter top we wanted.  Birchard provided us with a quote and drawing of the work with some minor tweaks that still needed to be done.  In trying to finalize a specific date to get the work started, Birchard told me that his cabinet person went out of business and he was looking for someone else.  This went on for about 2-3wks.  Birchard then stopped returning any phone calls.  I tried for a couple weeks to get a hold of him with no success.  My family then went on vacation and then the holidays and just lost track of trying to get the work done.  Then beginning of Feb my husband e-mailed Birchard asking him what happened and if we offended him in any way that he didn't want to work with us.  We also asked him to return our cabinet door back to us.  Birchard read the e-mail the next morning (according to our e-mail read receipt) but never responded and never returned our cabinet door.  Unfortunately, the work is still pending and we're starting from scratch and now we will need to pay someone to make us another cabinet door because Birchard won't return ours for us."
