Also he glued the caps to the post railings down in addition to nailing them. The glue melted and dripped down the rail posts. It does not clean up, so you can see the stain on the posts. Unfortunately I gave him the final payment when he said he would come back and fix the crooked railing. I don't expect him back now. I did say I would still recommend him, but I would caution anyone NOT to pay him full amount until the job is done to their satisfaction."
