"By the way, we talked with the owner Kyle Hudgens and all he wanted to do was to justify their wrong doing, being defensive, and arguing with us and stating "it is what it is". (No is not). Man, it's very simple to remediate, just acknowledge the mistakes, and make it right for the customers. Not a good business practice!!!"
