John, who came out to see the job, was thorough, realistic, expressed concerns about some of the challenges, and assured me that they would take the utmost care of my new driveway (the crane would be positioned there), and that the complex mix or overhead electrical lines would remain undamaged. The day of the take down, the job foreman, came and told me that his assessment was that both to protect my driveway and the electrical lines, he was going to approach the job differently. He positioned the crane in the front of the house, took utmost care to protect my sidewalk and front lawn, and then proceeded to take down the tree carefully, systematically, and with the least amount of disturbance to my property and the neighbors properties. "I can't say enough positive things about this group. They were punctual, professional, and showed great attention to detail. And they offered very competitive pricing to boot! They worked all day on my yard, eliminating and removing 2 large oak trees, an extremely tall hickory tree, 9 pine trees, and a "widow-maker" deciduous tree in 100 degree heat. My kids and I tried to bring them food, drinks, chairs, etc... , but we had to be EXTREMELY forceful for them to accept our offering. I'm very tight-fisted with money, but I opted to tip over $400 because of my appreciation and respect for the work they performed."

"I scheduled a fertilization and tree pruning in August 2021 to take place in September. SavaTree did the fertilization on time, but did not come back to do the pruning. Made multiple calls where I was told they would look into it and then I would not hear back. When I called for the third time in late October, I was told the pruning was scheduled for January 2022, but they may be able prune in late November. I cancelled at this point and asked for my deposit back. It is not good customer service to promise a date, not call back if the promised date can not be met, and also not get back to me when I call multiple times."
