On top of that a month later got letter from SRM concrete he had not paid $4300"

They block your phone number and they won't let you talk to anyone in upper management. I finally had to hire an attorney and they still aren't responding. I call Blackwelder's (Brian) and asked the same thing... he quoted me a price but then said, "but before we do that we should..." Long story short. He saved my existing well did a bunch of pressure checking and parts replacement. When I got the bill I was amazed I thought it was going to be double that amount! Bottom line he saved my well, saved me money and educated me on several points at the same time. What a great experience."
