I am so glad I called Sean Adair his quote was a fair quote for the size of my project $1900.l had even spoke to inspector that checked the work I mentioned the other quotes I got. He said it was awful the way companies can way over charge . I got the same quality materials and quality work. I highly recommend Sean Adair and I will never use any other electric company. "Purchased the unit around 7.5 years ago. It had three soils go bad in the last two years. I had purchased their 10 year warranty at the time the unit was installed. The unit was serviced for the first few years, Now they say I am out of labor. They quoted $5,600 to repair the coil. They said the part was covered just the labor was the cost. I would have to have my head examined If I were to put $5.600.00 in an eightyear old unit. They quoted me a new unit at $13,500. This is basically a 7-8.5k typical cost area. They would not discuss their refusal to service my un it until I accepeted their $5,600 quote. They left me no choice but to move on to a new supplier. I would not reccomend them."
