We are a small owner operated company, I Keith Kapusta, am onsite everyday doing the work myself, which keeps the quality high and price low. I'm also one of only a handful of registered professionals with Trex Decking. This means if I build your deck Trex itself backs my work with a 25 year warranty. You can see more information about this at Trex.com. I'm also licensed in CT and MA. My business is proud to hold an unrestricted license in MA. It is the highest license one can earn in this trade. This license puts me ahead of most builders in CT. That is because in CT there is not a test or any requirements to get a contractors license. It is as simple as sending the state a fee of $220.00 and they send you a license, allowing just about anyone at all to be a contractor in CT. In MA they require at least 3 years of on the job experience and a 5 hour test. I'm also licensed and fully insured and refuse to every let a client of mine be anything other then 100 percent thrilled with the work. I love what I do and it shows in my work.

"Keith did a great job helping us obtain the building permit, explaining the decking options, and designing the deck. The deck completely covers old concrete steps and makes entrance into our home much easier. Keith used Trex material for the deck, which is maintenance free; he negotiated a good deal with the supplier for the color which closely matched our other deck. He suggested a local electrician for us to consult about lights along the stairs. Keith communicated with us in a timely basis and we always knew his schedule. We would not hesitate to hire Keith again for another project."

We are Connecticut and Massachusette's premiere leaf free gutter company, we do not hire sub-contractors all of our installers are employees of Gutter Maxx LP which gives us the ability to further guarentee our quality and craftsmanship of an already great product. Give us a call today to find out about our current deals and specials and to find out about our great financing options.

"Installation was quick and easy. Finished in one day. Gutters look nice and work great with the rain (drains properly). The problem becomes evident in winter. After snowfall, the melting snow his the cold metal and instantly freezes. More and more water piles on, creating huge icicles and a drip line of water-turned-to-ice on the ground underneath the gutters. This creates a very unsafe condition of frozen ice at doorways. I called GutterMax for 3 weeks straight to see if there's anything they can do. I was told they no longer operate in my area (they came in for a year, then moved out). Their local contractor has yet to call me. Their 20 year warranty is pretty much useless if they're no going to call me. Avoid this company's product if you live anywhere that has snow/ice. You'll be very sorry."

Gutter installations FAQs

Old, leaky, or sagging gutters can’t move water away from your roof and foundation. If you see rust, cracks, frequent clogs, or water spilling over the edges, it’s time to replace the system. A fresh set of gutters restores proper drainage, protects siding and landscaping, and helps you avoid far more costly roof or foundation repairs. In short, new gutters are a small investment compared with the damage a failed system can cause.

The best material for gutter replacement depends on your specific circumstances and budget. Climate can affect the ideal material choice. For example, aluminum gutters are an affordable and versatile option that suits many climates, but galvanized steel is best suited if your home is subject to high winds or extreme weather conditions.

Most new gutter systems carry two warranties: a manufacturer's warranty that covers the material and a contractor's warranty that covers installation workmanship. Terms vary, so ask each professional how long their warranty lasts and exactly what it covers, such as leaks, rust, or labor. Confirm that any seamless or specialty gutters include the same protection. Understanding both warranties before work begins ensures you know who will fix future issues and for how long.

Gutters last between 20 and 50 years when installed and maintained with precision. The lifespan of gutters is determined by the quality of materials and the care taken during installation. Regular cleaning and consistent maintenance ensure that your gutter system operates efficiently for decades. This careful upkeep protects your home from water damage by maintaining clear and effective drainage.

If your gutters collect leaves or pine needles, guards are a smart add-on. By blocking debris, they reduce cleanings, prevent clogs that cause overflow, and help the system last longer. Upfront cost varies by guard type, but many homeowners recoup that expense through fewer service calls and less ladder time. Ask your installer which style works best for your local foliage and climate.

Plan to clean and inspect your gutters at least twice a year—typically in spring and fall. If you’re surrounded by tall trees or live in a storm-prone area, check them more often. Regular maintenance keeps water flowing, prevents sagging, and helps spot minor issues before they turn into big repairs. For added safety or convenience, schedule a professional service to handle high ladders and debris disposal.
