"Our experience started with Tim Kiefer one of the owners of Kiefer-Randall coming to our home to give a estimate, he provided proof of insurance for his company and his employees no sub contractors were utilized. He also provided references. Tim spent a large amount of time with us, looking at what needed to be done, he also took time to look at our home and our style. Once the plan was completed he dealt with the insurance adjuster and suppliers. This took so much pressure off of us. Tim supplied us with a physical address for his company, as well as his phone numbers in the event that we needed him day or night. My husband has been involved in the construction business for over forty years he is the one who originally built our home. I have been involved with construction for over thirty years, We have never witnessed a owner of a large company supply customers with home phone numbers . The team arrived on the first day, after that we really only needed one installer. The slate tile flooring and marble tiles for the walls are perfection. The shower unit ( all glass) and the vanity looks and works wonderfully. I would recommend Kiefer-Randall for any project. We will be remodeling our kitchen soon, this is the only company that we will utilize. They may be a little more expensive than the guy in a pickup truck, but their quality and guarantee is worth it. If you would like pictures, we would be happy to provide them."

"They did a great job. Showed up everyday until the job was complete. Made repairs as things were found under the old siding. It looks beautiful! The only thing is I wish they had pointed out we hadn't included the chimney and a small verification trim that I would have liked to have had included in the job. <br />"

Did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves - including using a magnet to pick up nails from the yard. Very punctual and kept in touch immediately if anything came up. Will ABSOLUTELY use them for windows before snow flies."

"It went really well. I called and left a voicemail for an estimate on a Friday afternoon and he returned my call at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. He said I would have the estimate in the mail on Thursday and I received the estimate in the mail on Thursday. This has never happened to me before. Most of my experiences with contractors has ended up with me taking a vacation day from work and then no one showing up to do the work as scheduled. I was happy with the estimate. I received a call the following Tuesday and he had a job finish early and asked if he could start mine that Thursday. He was at my house at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, the dumpster was delivered by 8:30 a.m. and his work crew was on the roof working by 8:30 a.m. They put tarps over my shrubs and gardens and the clean up was wonderful. The job was finished In a day and a half and it looked great. The gutters were done the following week as scheduled. <br /> The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly and stress free. Jeff Rowe, the owner was so easy to work with and answered all my questions and went over everything they were going to do and what to expect. I would recommend J. R. "Had a few shingles blow off during a storm. Called a couple roofers, and both estimates were over 1,000. 3 brothers inspected the roof and replaced the shingles for less than half of that. Great job too!"

"The crew arrived and started the work at the time agreed. When the old roofing was almost removed, the foreman of the crew, Dave Cook, approached me to show the condition of the old roof base. I knew that we may have to address that after years of small leaks that had occurred. Dave told me what my options were and how they would affect the long term results and we decided to lay down a new decking over the existing one. I was promptly quoted a price and put in touch with Becca at the office to authorize the Change Order. I had to leave for work after that feeling the I was in good hands. When I came home from work the new decking was almost completely installed and the base layer was soon to follow. I saw how careful the base layer was rolled out to eliminate any creases. It was getting late and the forecast was for rain to come in later that night. Dave told me that they would stay until either finished or at least the roof would be flashed and water tight. When it got dark, we found some headlights for the guys to were so that they could see well enough. The roof was made water tight with one bit of roofing to be adhered. There was not enough flashing in the trailer to finish without a seam and Dave wanted to finish it with a single piece. I agreed. The weather turned to rain and clod for the next week and was not able to finish until the following wee. During that time either Dave or Becca would contact me every day to let me know what the plans were so that I was not in the dark. I really appreciated that. Overall my wife and I are very please with the professionalism, quality of work, cleanup, and communication. We will definitely use them again and recommend the to anyone."
