"I bought the Big Deal (4 hrs of landscaping service) coupon for $149. Torress contacted me the same day and we scheduled him to come out to go over what I would like that evening. We needed our front yard planting beds to be weeded, plantings trimmed, and mulched. The back yard had weeds and saplings growing near the house that needed to be removed. We went over some stuff I had questions about and decided I might do some more landscaping in the spring. Torress asked if I wanted to call him or have him call me in the spring. I said I definitely need him to remind me!
Torress asked if I wanted to be home when they came to do the work, I said no, and he said he would be out sometime over the next couple weeks. Less than a week later, he was at our house and did everything he said he would do. He even edged our planting beds which I didn't even know to ask for! We were a little worried because it seemed he was overly trimming our rosebushes at the time. After he was finished, it was apparent that he only trimmed the parts that had leaves full of holes, and left the blooms with healthy leaves. Glad I didn't put my foot my mouth by questioning what he was doing! He left after a few hours and came back within a few days to spread mulch. Our yard definitely looks like a professional has been there. Communication was great, timing was faster than I anticipated, v happy with end product, and I would definitely use Brison again.

"After gathering a number of estimates we decided to work with Jason. After our initial meeting, Jason provided us with a design which he emailed to us (others just provided a written estimate and our imagination), that showed he was actually listening to us. Based on our property's topography, he answered all questions we had regarding the design and was patient to explain why he choose one construction design over others. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and were extremely efficient and hard working. It seemed that they never took a break. They were very careful in thier work, particularly of the irrigation system that criss-crossed their design area. The crew made changes to some of the design plans on the spot, specifically to the drainage, including adding some additional pieces to improve the initial plan. Ultimately, we received some fancier proposals, some more expensive, others less costly. Jason's fit the middle of the group, and now that the job is done we feel we made the right choice. His responsiveness and quality of work met all of our expectations. We've already been in touch to have him come back to help us with some other plans for the property.
