They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. "We hired Mike to replace our side yard patio which was partially removed for a home remodel/home extension. He was quick to respond to review the job and provide a quote. Mike and crew did an outstanding job in the preparation and finish work. Mike checked the old 20+ year patio color twice to ensure that they could match it as close as possible and did a great job. They decided to totally replace the old drainage lines as they were full of debris, cracked, and partially contained roots. They spent a day leveling and installing the new drainage which was not expected at the start of the job. The crews arrived on time daily and explained all the processes that they were doing. All these things for a reasonable cost. We will give Mike a call if we ever have any other concrete jobs."
