He then proceeded to run through each of my 9 zones, asking me for my preferences on each one. He identified several defective sprinkler heads, but did not use any high pressure techniques to force me to spend more than what was absolutely necessary. He patiently and clearly explained everything he was doing, and did so while it was pouring rain. I highly recommend this company."
