"I met Eric Reed, head salesman, owner, and general manager of Eco Turf and Pavers in late March I had been looking for a landscaping company in San Diego, CA, to come in and rock my world with a whole new landscaping look. That is exactly what Eco Turf and Pavers did. Start to finish was less than 7 weeks. That included the first meeting with Eric, reviewing photo renderings Eric created showing ideas of the landscaping project within 2 days after the first meeting with Eric, received a quote and signed a contract with Eco Turf and Pavers, selecting the type of turf and 2 colored rocks used in the project, and securing financing. Securing financing only took 3 days. The landscaping was less than 6 weeks. The house is elevated 4 x 5 feet from the street level and is a corner house. The front yard has turf that is shaped and runs along the sidewalk and tapers down along the side street extending to about ½ the length of the property on the side street. A dark colored rock that closely matches the color of the roof and a light colored rock that closely matches the color of the house is used in the front yard. The side yard uses the light colored rock that extends between the house and down to the side street except where the turf extends along the side street. The back yard is my Showpiece. The light colored rock that is used along the side street also forms a border in the back yard along the side yard and back yard fences and extending into the far corner of the property. In this far corner of the property is a large orange tree, some smaller fruit trees, and a newly-built 10 x 12 wooden shed. There is 260 sq. ft. of grass surrounded by turf, a putting green, and a sand trap. The sand trap is closest to the perimeter fence that parallels the side street. The putting green is near the large orange tree. The idea was to use the large orange tree to stop any errant golf balls exploding from the sand trap. The landscaping is getting a lot of attention from passers by. People who saw the property before and see it now are just amazed. Eco Turf and Pavers handled 2 change orders effectively: - Adding the sand trap and putting green - Replaced an 8 diameter brick ring in the front yard that had been in place for over 45 years. The brick ring was replaced with a 3 diameter brick ring. The crew was very professional. They always let me know what they were going to be doing that day or that week depending upon the task. I could not have imagined anything better than what Eco Turf and Pavers produced. The end product is just fantastic. I am hoping this review is one way to pay back Eco Turf and Pavers. I know I already paid money for this job. For that I am sure Eco Turf and Pavers is very happy. But for me it is that feeling I get every time I pull up to the house. This is what I want to convey to Eco Turf and Pavers and to anyone that reads this review."

"This was a complete landscape redo for our residence. The project included fencing and painting, repair redwood deck and paint, install pavers and fire pit, remove grass and install synthetic turf, large tree removal, hedge removal, destruction and removal of sidewalk and replacement with pavers, replacement of lawn with decorative rock and succulents/cactus, complete irrigation overhaul and installation of drip system, install landscape lighting. "Our yard was filled with uneven dirt and bugs before SD Premier came along. Now that the job is done, we love being outside every day! They did our yard from scratch (design, hardscape - pavers, landscape - turf, plants and lights). Not only does our yard look beautiful during the day, but it's even more gorgeous at night! All the lighting / uplighting is more than anything I even imagined. Emily walked us through every step of the way. First, the consultation. We talked about our style and our vision. Something low key and an area for our kids. As we walked through our space we talked through what we like to do (hobbies, for fun, and our lifestyle overall). We initially wanted to do concrete, but after meeting with her and doing some research we were sold on pavers. Then (still during the consultation) we walked through paver options. She brought a few different books and left them with us to look through & review after meeting with her. A few days later we got the proposal. We reviewed it in detail, asked all our questions and decided up upgrade our options! We figured "do it once, and do it right!" She came back with an updated proposal, we signed and hit the ground running! The team came to measure, demo, cut pavers, compact the soil - you name it! They did EVERYTHING. What I loved most is that there was a specific person / team (or person) specialized in each piece. So if the pavers needed to be cut, the right team came to do that. Then when it came to putting in electrical, we had an electrician do that. When it came to landscape (planting, soil, etc) - we had a landscape person do that, too! No shortcuts here! Everyone was on time everyday and they made the time count. No slacking, no excessive breaks - just some dedicated people passionately doing what they love. From start to finish, we were done in about 1 month! That's amazing for a 1,170 sq foot job. Lucky for us, we found Emily by way of a neighbor who had hired her to work on their yard. The stars aligned! We couldn't be happier and love our yard so much. Our kids love it even more! Emily is amazing and a true gem. She is consistent, communicative, creative, passionate and she / her team are some of the best we've ever worked with! We couldn't have gone with a better company. "Excellent! We extended 2 areas on each side of our pool to make it more usable for lounge chairs on one side and a table with 6 chairs on the other. I can highly recommend Kent Horner and his company for many reasons. They started the work quickly, showed up daily and on time until it was completed, had a large crew and fixed any issues that we had due to moving sprinklers and lights. Kent used a large excavator to level the areas himself over 3 days. When this part was done, the crew took away the grass and dirt and disposed it, prepped the areas and put in the retaining walls, pavers and drains. I really appreciated that Kent showed up every day to check on the progress and address any concerns. He said the job was priced a bit low because there was so much compacted hard soil.
