"First off, I was not asked to write a review for this company - I am doing it solely because of how pleased I was with them. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced and received quotes 2x-3x higher than what Gold Medal quoted me. The person who answered the phone was super helpful (she looked online with me to pick a good replacement water heater) and the guys came out the next business day to install it. Everything was great - they did an extra thing or two at no cost and they honored their original quote.
