"This is the second time I?ve worked with Brandon and Encore Builders. They replastered my pool last year and did an excellent job. "We hired Cipriano to removed about 2,000sf of gravel and plants at our new house and put in a new irrigation system with new grass. His pricing was lower than the other bids we received and he was able to get started as soon as we gave him the go ahead. Working with him was truly a pleasure. He noticed some of the plants we had in an upper planting area had died so he transplanted some of the ones we were taking out at no extra cost. He made sure everything was done correctly and you can tell he really cares about what he does. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. "Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones.
