"Highly recommend Victor and his team at Manor Works. We purchased a townhome last year and decided to leave the majority of our main floor flat white, which turned out to be a poor choice with a toddler and a dog. Manor Works painted our tricky stairwell and a number of walls on our main floor, even touching up a few of the spots that we had missed or marked up while painting ourselves. We interviewed a few painters and Manor Works was not the cheapest, but their prompt communication, easy scheduling, and quick timeline made them the easy choice. We got responses to email and calls within hours, even when we had nit-picky clarifying questions. The online scheduling/calendar feature made it easy for us to find a time that would work for everyone, and the team was able to do the job in one day, which others could not offer. They even offered to move our heavier furniture for us when they arrived. The quality job that the team did made it all the more worth it. They left our home clean and beautifully painted. There were several walls on the main floor with vivid colors that needed to stay and they worked carefully around what was already done. I have yet to find even the tiniest splatter or droplet of paint."

"Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"This company had good local reviews, and their price quote was a little lower than others. This was a great experience. An estimator, Laura Dimbylow, came out to discuss what I wanted and work up an estimate. They broke down the estimate very clearly by room and what was being done. I arranged to have my living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen painted. One of the walls that needed to be painted was a very dark color, and the kitchen had a sand texture paint that would need to be removed. We also had water damage on the basement ceiling that needed to be patched and painted. The day the work was scheduled to begin, a production manager, Spencer Marrott, walked through with me to make sure they understood what I wanted. He also was able to give me a quote and add additional work I had decided later I wanted - the entry and hallway. When the painters were finished, the production manager walked through with me and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He pointed out a couple of minor areas to the painters to have them touch up before they left."

"this was a job to address paint touch-ups and corner posts that had rot at the bottoms on a cedar sided house. efficient, thoughtful, disciplined approach to the proposal. all appointments were kept and punctual. detailed quote provided and all questions answered. was pleased with the time they took for me to understand how and why they quoted the way they did. when the work started, we did a walkthrough and confirmed everything. towards the end, another walkthrough to confirm that they executed the plan to our satisfaction. several small, fair, change orders for some conditions that could not be seen during original quote. on comparison of their proposal quote to others and research on how they wanted to address repairs, it was well supported as the best approach. other's had quoted complete repainting for siding in good condition. they were able to easily color match and focus on repairs to the few areas that needed attention. very happy with the work."

"This was my first time using Loudoun Custom Coatings, and I will definitely use them again.  Jon was very prompt and professional in returning my calls and arranging everything with me.  His crew showed up exactly on time.  They were super courteous and a pleasure to have around the house.  The painting itself was excellent.  They also did paint and drywall repairs/patching to several ceilings, including where an electrician had removed fluorescent light boxes (installed by the builder) and replaced them with regular fixtures.  The drywall work was outstanding, and the ceilings now look perfect... I couldn't get over the transformation!  A+!!!
