"I called Steve to get a quote to have rock put into my backyard and to have a small retaining wall removed. He showed up earlier than the scheduled date. The estimate was more than reasonable. He was also able to get the job done before scheduled date. His men were very polite and respectful. I had some artificial turf and 10 tons of rock laid. The job was done in 2 days. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
