"super saiyan landscaping responded to my angis listing about a drip system leak. they came out and quoted the job at $1800 which was paid in full and they never fixed the problem. the leak remains. ive tried many attempts to contact to get this resolved and and have been ignored. after long waits the respond and make excuses and have never come back to fix the reason they were hired to fix in the first place. the latest excuse is they are out of the country till the end of december. again ive paid this company in full and i feel i have been robbed. ive filed a complaint with angi for investigation and im about to contact the police. "

From speaking with Charlene in setting up the appointment to Danny coming out to do an estimate and Roberto who did the work, they were all personable and professional. "The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"Deteriorated company. I have been a long time customer of Cacti. However, since 2020 the quality of their service has greatly deteriorated. There has been multiple occasions where the crew they sent serviced my neighbor’s house. In addition to that, there were multiple occasions where the crew simply didn’t clean my backyard. I have a Ring system and after checking you can see a Cacti member enter my backyard, looked around, and walk back out. Nothing was cleaned. When you call customer service, don’t expect an apology instead be prepare to provide proof via pictures. When the Cacti crew does perform the service, it is nothing short of sloppy. I gave them 3 years to resolve their issues but it has not improve so I am now changing provider."
