"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. I called HelloTech for help. They were very understanding of my need for a very complete and fast repair. They were very prompt, diagnosed the issues with my computer, then gave me options on how it could be repaired and modified to accommodate my needs, along with price quotes for each option. Very professional, we worked out a plan that fixed every issue that I had. I am more than happy with my "new" laptop and I would most definitely hire them again!"

"Vitex sales process was great over the phone, very clear on the services, cost and setting the time for installation. Installation process was excellent. He set up all the services, explained everything very clearly, made sure I understood Alarm.com app. Really pleased."

"Lifescapes does top quality work! They are not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. They totally overbuilt the irrigation system by using commercial quality valves, wire and time clock. Additionally, they buried the main line with a back hoe several feet in the ground, much deeper than a trencher could have done it. The best thing about Lifescapes is their support. Even after the job was long installed, they have come back to help adjust the sprinklers and give advice and help on care of the lawn. I highly recommend Lifescapes."

"I'll start by saying that this was a pretty tough job - I knew it before I called Tom Keith. In particular, the living room fan was to be installed on a 15-foot vaulted ceiling in a location where no previous light fixture was (so no electricity already there), and with no attic access. I wasn't even sure it could be done. <br /> I've used Angie's List in the past, so trusted the reviews to be accurate and actually only called Tom Keith (because he had the most and best reviews). He was 15 minutes early for the initial evaluation and bid. He came up with a price between $900 and $1100 - which was under the number I had in mind ($1200) - so agreed to it right there and then. A week or so later he was out, with his son Brian there to help, again, on-time. <br /> The installation seemed like it was a challenge. Besides the living room fan being in gnarly, nearly unaccessible location, it turned out that the light switches in the guest bedrooms butted up against a major support beam, requiring access ports to be cut within the closet so that they could drill into the light switch cavities from the back-side. Needless to say, this was an unexpected. Fortunately, once they got everything installed, they took care of patching the holes and re-texturing - something apparently not all electricians are always willing to do. <br /> Another example of frustrating circumstances was that two of the fans I got had screws drilled so tightly on the light-kit covers that they were impossible to remove, so, a job that may have been complete-able in one day, required them to come back out a week or so later after I had replacement mechanisms sent to my house (from the manufacturer). <br /> In the end, the fans all got installed, and to my pleasant surprise, within the budget he had said, though at the higher end, $1100. I felt this was fair given all the pain-in-the-a** things that I witnessed them having to go through (there were even more that I didn't list here). I give Tom Keith an overall A-rating. The only B's I gave were for price (because I can't confirm that his price really was the best, he was the only estimate I got) and for professionalism, because throughout all the inconveniences on this job, they kept hollering for me to come see the issues they were having. After awhile I started to feel like and quot;I get it, this is a tough job... that's why I hired professional electriciansand quot;. <br /> To their defense, though, they really did have to bend over backwards to get these d*** fans installed. And their communication, timeliness, and overall work ethic were top-notch. The fans function flawlessly. I'd recommend Tom Keith to my friends, and will be calling him back out to do some recessed lighting in my kitchen within the next year or two. <br />"

"Jeb Showed up on time. He was friendly, professional and very clear about what needed to be done. He brought in a small backhoe that could move around the edge of the pond and was exceedingly careful of trees and stepping stones. His helper called in sick so it took him two days but he never quibbled about price, even though the job and the muck turned out to be much more than he had bargained for. I loaned him a couple of tools. He was careful to clean the worksite each day, clean the tools, put everything where I asked him to and there were piles of muck. I offered an extra hundred to find the drain hole. That took him two days. He never gave up, no matter how deep or messy the muck, never swore that I heard, even when his pump let loose and showered him with muck, he just kept on going. His helper called in sick the next day also so he did this huge job alone. At the end I asked him if he was finished and he said not until I checked everything and I told him he was finished. I would highly recommend this man for any landscaping job. He said he also builds retaining walls, new ponds, entire landscapes, etc. I see his business has a Facebook page too. I have another job for him in the near future. <br />"

"They give free estimates, and they're comparable in their rates to other people. They don't butcher your trees. One thing that they trimmed for me was my palm tree, and they did a beautiful job on the palm tree. They clean up their mess, and you hardly even know that they've been here. They're honest and reliable. Fred is the owner, and he comes on every job. He does not send other people."
