Meaning if you want to stay in your slot on our schedule then each scheduled service must be paid for, you can skip an actual physical service if you want but you will still receive a charge." Because of the nature of lawncare in Florida, this means I'd be paying for approximately 4-6 biweekly services I just wouldn't need. After 5 years, I can no longer recommend them."

He had to first locate the Valve box and then diagnose the problem (bad valve) and replace the broken part. Throughout the process he was happy to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. Unfortunately, Anthony never showed up for the appointment, did not call to cancel or reschedule, and has not responded to the follow-up text I sent. This lack of professionalism and communication is extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a provider listed on Angi.
