Todd took on the entire job from removing all the furniture on the 1st floor and refinishing the hard wood floors throughout the 1st floor. We had a lot of water damage on the 1st floor that made it way into the basement damaging walls and other content. Todd and his crew repaired the basement stairs, and installed new chicken wire on the basement walls and refinished the walls with concrete along with pouring 2 new slabs in areas that were compacted earth. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Todd and his crew went above and beyond what any other contractor would have done to my home. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
