"The girls who did the cleaning did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the manager/owner of the company, Noel, is not as honest and upfront about first-time pricing. When asked several times, he underestimated by 100% (the price was doubled) so the cost we got was well over the promised maximum ceiling. I would have continued business with them, but cannot trust the estimates on fees. Get everything in writing or find another company. I feel sorry for the girls who did their job and their boss lost them in my business."

"We chose Anzhela of My Breezy Cleaning for a Move in and Move out clean after comparing a bunch of cleaning services. It wasn’t just because she was the most fair in pricing, we liked the fact that she came and looked at our place before giving us a price and told us in detail what she would do. When she was done cleaning, we were AMAZED at how beautiful everything was!! The walls were nice and shiny! Carpet looked brand new, she even pulled out the appliances to clean underneath!! Not to mention even the blinds were clean! Everything snelled so good and looked great! We are so happy with her and we will never look anywhere else!"

"Very disappointed with the service. Multiple problems. Told India would be the cleaner. Leslie showed up. Company should have notified me that there was a change. Leslie did not even enter two of the rooms I told her only needed dusting and vacuuming. Cleaned around things on tables, did not bother to move table runners etc. left large areas on tables not cleaned/dusted. Left puddles on the floor where she mopped. I found at least 5 that I had to clean up. Left a film on my high gloss mahogany piano. Not sure if the problem was the solution she used or that she used dirty rags to do her cleaning. This woman spent almost as much time taking pictures of my home as she did cleaning. She took way too many photos. Did not explain why she was doing that. Was she ?casing the joint?? I have an alarm system and will be leaving it on because she made us feel so uncomfortable. I did not think to take pictures of what she left until after I had cleaned after her. I will NOT use this service. "

"I tend to trust people too easily. Once again in WPB FL. PEOPLE CAN BE UNRELIABLE. I'm not good with getting taken advantage of or dishonesty. Several things happened during the time that Rich was at my house. The door that he supposedly fixed is not correctly done. The towel bar he had to take off and put back up was put back up crooked. All it had to do was be moved to a different spot on both sides and it would have been straight. He told me he was a licensed plumber , but yet failed to show me any sign of a license. Under my sink , that never leaked ended up leaking. He did fix that.I'll give him that. Sadly , when I called to speak to him about the work that he did to be corrected his arrogance was shocking to me. I do not recommend this company by far.The worst person i've worked with. "Overall, I was satisfied with the results, and I contacted and booked them to come back and do some additional cleaning in the Sanctuary. I contacted Speedy Solutions, after you gave me the info. I booked them to come out on Wednesday, 2026Mar25. They sent me an agreement for $150 for 2 hours minimum. And said the oven should take about 2 hours or the technician would decide if it would take longer before they start. They sent me an authorization form, for my permission to allow them to charge, $154.50 in advance, to my credit card that they had on file. However: they did not show up on Wednesday, as I waited for them. So after 30 minutes, I called and they said the technician had some issues and maybe we can schedule for tomorrow, 2026Mar26. Thursday morning, the technican arrived 30 min early and after I arrived at we enter the Church about 11:45am, we walked around in the kitchen and took pictures. I asked her do you see anything else that needs clean, and she said, its pretty clean. I then left the Kitchen and when to practise in the Santuary. Then I received a call from another technician who said they were outside. And I told them that another technician is already here, but I will come out side to meet her. When we entered the kitchen, the other first technician was not there and had gone to buy additional supplies. When she arrived, they called the office to explain the double booking of tech's. The tech's were told that they could divide and concur and finish quicker. I asked is it going to cost me more money and they both said it shouldn't. At 1:50 pm, I returned to the Kitchen, where I saw the first tech sweeping the floor and the second tech texting on her phone. The oven cleaned and I was very pleased. They did a nice job. And I thanked them. They sent me a final receipt. I then called them to book them to do some additional work for us in the Sanctuary. A couple of days later, I checked my Credit card statement, and noticed and additional $328.57 charged to me from Speedyclean at 2:30am on 2026Mar26. The next day I called Speedyclean and inquired about the additional charges. They told me that there were 2 techs on the job and it took 2 hours. I told them that I asked on site, would it cost more money and they said no. I also asked, why didn't they notifiy me and send another agreement about the new charges, they said they discussed it with the management and will give me and hour credit on my next job. After I reviewed my credit card statment again, I saw that they have taken the original $154.50 plus another $328.57 = $483.07 or ($483/$75) = 6.44 hrs. If they couldn't finish the job in 2 hrs, why didn't they call, text or email me in advance or in progress. They arrived an 12:45 pm and left at 2:00 pm which is 2 hr and 15 min., not 6.44 hour. If they were trying to do the right thing, they could have at least , returned the $154.50 dollars. I was all set to give these guys 5 stars. I never liked paying for a job before it done. But I blindly trusted these guys. Please make this right for my Church."
