"The owner, Mike, was really helpful and nice during the quoting process. Very upfront with everything. The move hasn’t happened yet, but I expect everything to go smoothly. "

"BEWARE! Attorney and BBB are now involved. I wrote a previous review on this company immediately after the service before I saw what the company charged me. Unfortunately Angi does not let me amend my review I contacted the office about them overcharging me and I have yet to see the refund. I have text and email of all of the conversations. I have provided quotes, CC charges to substantiate my claim. This have been going on every day since early Aug 2025. They consistently lie and mislead me that my refund was going to be posted later that day. At this point an Attorney and BBB have been engaged to resolve the issue."

"They were outstanding. They explained their process and pricing and stuck to it. The crew showed up on time and they were extremely professional and didn’t waste any time getting everything packed up, moved and set up on the other end. I was really impressed by the systematic way they worked and got everything done. I would really recommend them for a local move. Thanks"

"The 2 men that came on 10/31 were efficient, polite, and attentive to my needs and took good care of my things as my belongings were their own. I'm a seashell crafter with a bunch of breakable crafts that were carefully handled and cleary marked fragile. Thank you guys 😉 I highly recommend this moving service. "

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Palm Harbor, FL

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated.
