"Michael was fantastic. Due to the high winds a gutter had come loose and could have landed on power lines. He realized the urgency and arrived 2 hours later. Special brackets were needed so he removed the gutter and came back 2 days later. Within 2 hours he repaired that one and another that also needed fixing. He is professional, very knowledgeable, explained the process, and extremely efficient. He totally cleaned the area.
