I'll explain each in turn. The Serenescapes crew took their time, and carefully installed/ laid out the timbers, patio slope, trims, and the patterns of pavers. Where the patio met the door sills, and the outdoor stairs bottom step riser, they took time to cut additional trim so that the overall appearance was top notch. I appreciated this attention to detail. I selected Serenscapes because I sensed from the initial consultation that while they were not the least expensive or most expensive bid I had received for this project, they would provide the most value. Looking at the quality of the work, I was proven correct. In terms of flexibility, projects often have some sort of unanticipated event, or something to do with the local site conditions, and Eric and the crew were flexible and rolled with the local site conditions. Two other important points for me: I got plenty of communication/updates, so I always know what was happening. We texted, so I knew what to expect, and when. Second, the worksite was always kept neat, which is very important to me.. After the job was done, the yard was seeded and covered with straw."

"The services were performed very well. One glitch- a gazing ball was broken during cleanup, but the company replaced it with precisely the same gazing ball at no charge to me. The estimate was nearly spot on- only about 100.00 over. The work was professional and neat. Trimmings, weeds, branches etc were cleaned up. The garden was edged. Even my wisteria got a facelift and a new pole to climb. My raised garden and gate were fixed. It looks great! I would use this company again. You get what you pay for here."

"He was reliable, polite, on time and a pleasure to have in my home. I had received the offer for 6 hours of work via email from angie's list. So I called him and he came to look at the job. After that we scheduled the date to perform the work in which he was on time and ready to go. He made sure throughout the entire day that I was happy with his work as he progressed. He often asked my opinion on certain things to make sure that I would be happy with the final product. the trim he installed was beautifully done and the holes he patched in the ceiling used to be such an eye sore. "Acclaim services did a fantastic job transforming a pea gravel pit into an exposed aggregate concrete patio with edging surrounded by stone mulch. The crew installed a French drain under the stone mulch to correct a drainage issue. The design, created by Mark, is much more appealing than our original plan for a concrete slab. Plus, it solved our drainage issue as well. Mark was an excellent communicator throughout the process, as we had a few days of rain. I had also requested that he inform me of the days his crew would be there, so that I could make sure the dogs would not be in the backyard. He honored my requested and ensured I had advance notice. Upon completion of the project, his crew did a walk through with me to ensure I was satisfied with the product. They cleaned up everything and Mark came back as well to ensure we were satisfied with their work. The professionalism and quality of work that Mark and his team members demonstrated is much appreciated."
