"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I am very pleased with how my roof looks. The men did an amazing job! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends"

"I read other reviews for Townsley Contracting before calling Jim and I was not disappointed. He was both responsive and very helpful. We set an appointment for an overall check on the health of my roof which had been prompted by a new leak.  Jim arrived promptly at the day and time we had agreed upon.
He assessed the roof and also determined the cause of my leak which included digital photos of the various issues he found. At my request, he provided several levels of recommendations ranging from the "let's stop this leak now" to "what would a roof replacement look like?"
I appreciated Jim's low key approach to finding the right solution(s) that fit my budget. He did not try to hard sell an immediate roof replacement and even suggested some of the medium repairs could wait until I was ready to replace the roof in a year or two.
Based on my experience, I have already asked Jim for quotes on additional work and fully expect that he will be on my shortlist of go-to contractors.

"I loved the customer service for this company. I called, their guy came the same week and got everything done in one visit. I needed to replace a couple of roof tiles. Very efficifnty"

"Champion Restoration & Construction was outstanding from start to finish. We had them install a new roof and replace our windows, and the entire process was seamless. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and when the job was complete, they left our property spotless. It’s rare to find a contractor that takes such pride in both their work and customer service. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Champion Restoration & Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional company."

"Roof was installed the next day after meeting with company rep. The workers were professional and completed the job in good time. And the roof looks great. Thank you John L Lindsay Street"

"Russell Roofing came out to look at roof where leaking and took a month to get a quote - got a quote for a full roof replacement that was really high (more than $16k for 800 sf flat roof). I requested a cost breakdown and to see if quote could be adjusted based on only the services we needed and never got a response back. The person also recommended a black roof but Phila code requires reflective roof."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"
Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

"The gutter was cleaned as promised. However, the roof was barely touched. Would not use the service again in the future.

update: I would not spend the time to respond if you didn't call my review bogus.
First of all, review a service is not the priority of many working people. I would not say two weeks is a long delay.
Second, I was not at home when the service was done. I did not receive a phone call afterward to confirm if the result was good.
Finally, the roof still has lots of pine needles on it. I would not call that clean.
