"The company is 1 hour 20 minutes away. When I called, I left a message. They called back the next day to let me know they do not come to where I live. They did give me information on how to look up other companies, but I have not done this yet. I go the impression this is a well-organized, well-run company."

"Repairs were somewhat challenging due to age & condition of roof & ceiling, but in the end repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction. Mr. Hoffman was professional in every way--courteous, prompt, and humble. He also installed a door sweep & screendoor part, also to my satisfaction. I would recommend him anytime."

"I was away while the work was done and pleasantly surprised when I returned home...the soil was prepared as agreed, flowers planted, irrigation installed, and it looked good. After a few weeks when plants started blooming, it looked Great and still does. My neighbor asked me for her name and number because he was impressed with the work and with the lack of loafing on the part of the crew. and quot; They workedand quot; he said. and quot;No leaning on shovels and talking on cell phonesand quot;. I was obviously happy to hear that. The colors and aesthetic appearance is wonderful....Lynn knows what she is doing and I would hire her again without hesitation. <br />"

"We first hired Brad to complete a patio that someone else had begun. That led into doing another patio with beautiful stairs connecting them. He redesigned our fence configuration in the back yard so that we have more back yard, plus built it 8 feet tall to keep the deer out of the yard. Then we talked about the floors in our home; eight rooms had old carpet or linoleum and we wanted to switch to ceramic tile. Brad learned how to lay tile, even bringing in a professional tile-layer from Utah who is a good friend, and helping us pick out what type of tile to use and what patterns to use in each room. Next was the garage project, which Brad designed and built himself. He then built us a chicken house which he designed, based on his experience raising his own chickens (and sold us some starter hens and a rooster). The patios are bordered by low walls made of beer/pop cans covered with stucco; they are free-form and very organic looking. The bathtub project came about because we discovered mold behind the wall around the tub; he and a carpenter friend removed the tub and designed a shower stall, maximizing the space available. He even custom-made the shower pan. The last projects he did were the raised beds, the outdoor kitchen, and the final patio that replaced the old front porch (also with low walls). Brad is an artist in his work; he did the design work on most of these projects, but would work with us and LISTEN to us express our ideas of what we wanted. He is very personable and friendly, easy going, and fun to have around!. We have personally recommended him to friends and acquaintances in the area; his work speaks for itself. I want to adopt him! <br />"

"I went by the shop and spoke with Terry Kirk the owner of the company. I told him that I needed a sturdy table for my backyard. He went through his products and showed me what would work best. When the product was compleated they delivered it right on time and without any problems"

"It went as well as we could have expected. Jared and Chris came every day and worked this job until complete. Our wall will now provide a level surface for our concrete deck behind our garage. Beyond the wall there is a slope of about 35 degrees, and our wall will reduce the erosion a great deal. Payne Landscape did a great job. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Parachute, CO

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
