"I originally gave them a 5 for everything but when they didn't show up to cut the lawn and maintain it as we agreed to and I received no response to my text messages and phone calls on why they didn't show up when they said they would, I had to change my rating as the customer service was not what I expected from them or any contractor. "My husband and I worked with Four Brothers Landscaping to complete a front, back, and side yard landscaping project in September 2021. Antonio - who runs the company and was our main point of contact - was absolutely wonderful to work with. He arrived on time for every appointment, communicated throughout every step of the project, navigated the tight timelines and complicated project flow we were working with (we were working against installation schedules for fencing and irrigation, and a massive chimney masonry project that popped up in the middle of the landscaping one), and made such helpful suggestions along the way. The crew was fantastic - so friendly, meticulous, quick, and left the workspace immaculate at the end of each day. Antonio's wife, who oversees a majority of the operations, was so wonderful to work with as well. It truly is a family operation run by honest, hard working people. "Angel s crew did a great job. They were efficient and hardworking. They worked around gardens that had landscape lighting and irrigation systems without damaging anything. My gardens had weeds and grass in them which they got out in the clean up process. All of the clean up materials were removed from the property. It was swept and pristine when they left. All the gardens are mulched in a sufficient quantity to keep the weeds out, and they are all beautifully edged. The house looks great. I would definitely hire them again."
