"I've read reviews from other people, and it's interesting how people can have different experiences. I had a 26X65 concrete slab put in, and culvert put in along with some grading done. Kevin came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. I guess my experience overall was one that hit a lot of different angles. The work done was great, but there were some misunderstandings that was of no fault of Kevin's, but I made them his. One of which was no fault of mine, either, but the company led me down the wrong path painting the picture that what Kevin was supposed to do didn't. As I was out of town, I called him up and voiced my displeasure. He responded very professionally and explained the situation to make me understand that he did do what was asked of him. A couple other times, a text went awry and something else that I have since forgotten. But each time he handled himself professionally and had no attitude despite being falsely accused. I'm sorry to hear of other people's situation, but I can only speak for myself and what I experienced. The other thing that impressed me was Kevin was willing to haul his equipment, and did, from a few hours away to regrade an area that this company said they couldn't get across, which was the companies miscommunication. The other thing is response time. There was one time it took a while for him to respond, but living in a rural area, and given that if you're in the middle of a job, I can't expect someone to always be available. One time we even lost connection due to how things are. Just something to keep in mind if you live in an area with ONE bar : /"

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"From the meeting to do the estimate to the final meeting to discuss the final payment, this company was great. Ron Lyvers was punctual and very responsive to our needs for painting the house. He was careful about checking with us to confirm colors and schedule. Work was started with a minor delay due to rainy weather and continued for full days as weather permitted. <br /> Dave and Sergio were the two painters here every day and they were fantastic. They were courteous and friendly and always sure to check with us about what colors were to go in various places. Both of the fellows were meticulous and I rarely had to say anything about missed spots. <br /> Our only problem was that a couple of flowers got walked on - however this was not a big problem. They were careful to cover what needed to be covered and to work around most of our landscaping <br /> Clean up was done daily and with the exception of ladders in our back yard, you would hardly know the fellows were even here.  <br /> Dave, in particular, was on top of every part of the job. He knew exactly what had been painted and what needed touch-up or second coating. <br /> Ron checked in with us every two days or so and took the time to go over potential trouble areas - we have a spot on our deck that had a high moisture content and it will need to be checked in 6 months. Ron has said he will put it in his datebook to contact us to check the spot for touch-up. <br /> We would use this company again without any hesitation. <br /> <br /> <br />"
