"From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. On second day, finished the job and left our home and yard looking better than it did before they came. Our next door neighbor commented that he had never seen such a professional job and group of people. We have mobility issues so they carried the extra shingles to our basement and put them exactly where we wanted them and even picked up some heavy bags of salt for our water conditioner from the local Home Depot and put them in our basement. Cannot say enough good things about them. Our roof looks great, they provided a great warranty and quality product. We have already scheduled them to come back for an estimate to replace our outside steps (which they hauled away at our request at no extra charge) Would highly recommend them. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours.
