He met the adjuster out at my home (i was unable to be there) not once, but TWICE and helped me get everything covered from the storm. The day of the new rood installation he was on site and made the whole process super easy (and they did a great job installing the new roof--it looks great!). ISP quickly diagnosed the problem and knew that the ice dam on the roof had forced water from the melting snow to damage the shingles and leak into the house.
