"I Hired Barnes to come out to my home in Shelbyville to remove some trees that were either dead or damaged and in danger of falling on the house/barn. The reprehensive was here in a timely fashion to give us an estimate. There prices are fantastic! and the personnel are wonderful to work with. The project was completed and finished well. I could not be happier. I would recommend you hire this group. The value of the services they provide is well worth the money they charge and they are have the best price of all the landscaping/tree removal companies I called. Can't loose with them!"

"Devin and partners arrived on time for both the initial bid and also the day of tree-size reduction, ( more than a small trim). they were very friendly and Professional. They provided the results that I wanted. They cleaned up all the trimmings and raked the yard. Hauled everything away ..included with the service fees that we had discussed. Would definitely hire them again if needed."

FAQs for trees & shrubs treat, protect and maintain projects in Parksville, KY

A tree doctor or tree surgeon is another term for an arborist. The term is more common in places like the United Kingdom. They are professionals trained to plant, care for, maintain, diagnose, and remove trees of all kinds. Tree doctors have specialized knowledge to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Arborists are tree care specialists who plan, maintain, and enhance the health of trees with expert precision. They prune, diagnose diseases, treat pest infestations, remove hazardous limbs, and manage debris cleanup while developing comprehensive landscaping plans. They also handle tree planting and work with landscape professionals to ensure long-term tree vitality and safety.

Consulting arborists are tree experts who can advise homeowners and business owners on the right trees to plant, how to care for existing trees, and what to do about trees that appear to be sick or pose a safety threat. A consulting arborist may work with local landscape architects, investment property owners, city governments, developers, and other arborists.

An arborist may be able to save a dying tree. If you notice that your tree suddenly appears to be sick or is exhibiting unusual behavior, contact an arborist immediately. They will thoroughly inspect the tree to determine what might be wrong with it—and will let you know if it’s possible to save the tree and how to do it.

Verifying an arborist’s credentials is crucial for reliable tree care. Arborists must be licensed by their state and hold certifications from reputable organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Request proof of licensing and certification, and review local recommendations to ensure you are hiring a professional who meets high industry standards and adheres to strict safety protocols.
