"Spiro's Painting did a lovely job, and the porch now looks pristine and clean. Moreover, we no longer have to worry about the exposed wood on the posts and soffits as a result of peeling paint. There were a few hiccups with scheduling, but the team was efficient, tidy, and true to their word about the length of the job. I would definitely add our voice to so many others in recommending Spiro's Painting, and we'll certainly reach out to them in the future if we have other painting projects."

"On time. Great work. Easy to work with, even with a few additions to the project. Super reliable; finished the exterior painting in three days (he planed for three or four) and got to work immediately on the rebuild of the back porch. I am VERY VERY happy with the work and the price!"

"We got 4 quotes for re-doing our entire exterior stucco walls and found E.M. Texture here on Angi and based on their reviews and price we decided to go with them. They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. It's a great family business and I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"A Facebook Referral with pictures of cabinets and kitchen taped and plastic-sheeted is what prompted my call. Scott Sheldon gave me an estimate, it was the 2nd lowest. He explained that the cabinets would be sprayed. Walt, the painter, was punctual and very professional. After 5 days, the cabinets looked wonderful, however there were 3 different surfaces, the doors were sprayed-some of it silky smooth, some of it gritty, the cabinet frames were brushed, silky smooth, but with brush marks visible, and the large expanses of flat sides of the cabinets were roller painted which yielded an orange-peel surface. We did get a partial refund after I requested an adjustment. My advice, be sure to inquire how the cabinets would be painted. IF you can afford it, refacing would've looked better."

"MPW painted our entire home, our rental home, power washed stained the deck and the house, and painted our kitchen ceiling after a repair. We love them. Tony is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I recommend them to everyone that asks about painters or power washers."

"Bradley promptly responded to phone calls and inspected the job to provide an estimate. He conducted himself professionally and made good suggestions regarding the materials to be used. When he suspected that there may be problem with the selected stain, he contacted me immediately to recommend an alternative stain, and he made the exchange without additional cost. I had very high hopes for the quality of the job that the would perform. With all that said... While I was pleased with the quality of the stained deck and painted porch, the overall job was not satisfactory. There was significant overspray to the surrounding areas. There was overspray covering the adjacent concrete patio and stairs near the pool, landscaping and retaining wall. The landscaping rocks under the deck and surrounding the pool had significant overspray. White rocks were now cedar red. Adjacent potted plants had overspray. The concrete decking around the swimming pool is now a light shade of cedar. There were clear border lines of overspray areas where tarps were (and were not) applied. Bradley returned and made attempts to remove some of the overspray with a pressure washer, but it had limited results and was not without additional risk itself. It's impossible to remove paint overspray from landscaping rocks, gravel and hardscaping. The damage was done. <br /> <br /> There was so much stain overspray into the swimming pool itself that it left a cedar-red "bathtub ring" around the tiles at the water line of the entire pool. The pool skimmers were stained red internally. I spent hours trying to remove the stain from the swimming pool over the summer. <br /> <br /> I can say that the porch was painted very nicely. However, the pressure washing of the house resulted in cut ventilation screens, and a jammed dryer vent that caused the dryer to shut down after overheating. (The vent had been blocked during the pressure washing, but was not released after completion) While he was a nice guy and conducted himself professionally, the quality of the overall job was not satisfactory. <br /> <br /> Overall, they unfortunately did as much damage as good. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Last fall, father and son team Charles and Sean were tasked with power washing and staining two mid-sized exterior pavilions on recreational land in Baltimore County. Earlier a new roof had been installed on each pavilion by a roofing contractor. The exposed underside, support posts, and rails all needed new exterior solid stain that was applied by brush, roller, and spray. Starting promptly at 7:30 AM, over a period of six days, this team was diligent and careful in their efforts. Over the years, they have a lot of experience working on quality painting and staining projects throughout the Baltimore area. They are competitively priced. I would definitely contract them again on my next painting/staining project!"

"the work was done in a timely fashion with excellent workmanship. I was impressed with how thoroughly and professionally Garrett, the owner of the company, completed the job. I would hire GM Painting again and recommend them to others."

"First, he was really prompt (and fair) in giving an estimate. Second, his crew does beautiful work. They really take the time to do a nice job (fixing walls, sanding, retaping, and so forth). Third, he is wonderful about "extras" and add-ons - for example, for our last job, we also had six doors that needed painting plus a windowsill, etc. etc.. Fourth, they are really good about cleanup. He's meticulous about doing everything as agreed, and doing it well. I wish all contractors were this easy to deal with. (He's also done work for my brother and for my parents...and on every occasion did an outstanding job)."
