"Built according to contract. Used wolmanized lumber and PVC standards for the support attached to 4x4 blocks of wood. Used 2x6 joist (better than 2x4) with 2x5 side skirting to keep out animals from underneath. Platform used OSB and then trimmed it off with a strip of painted aluminum to protect the edges of the OSB from weathering. The entire was leveled. <br /> Overall, nice job. I would use them again. <br />"

"We hired Mr. Barnett to fix a steep driveway. He and his crew were excellent! They were very detail minded and even did a few 'extras' that they thought would help us out. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything as they did the work. They did all of this at a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!"

"The owner's quote was not the cheapest but it by far was not the most expensive. His design for the replacement pergola was the most unique and sturdy of all the other companies. He uses this process that takes him 21 hours to bend a piece of wood into an arch, and he uses those as support for the pergola. We wanted something that was not going to blow down again, and I actually had an architect review the designs that the construction companies that quoted me submitted, he said that that deisgn by GM Construction will be the most sturdy. And it was free standing so I did not have to connect it to my house and it does not move at all. He worked really well with me on that. The only problem I had was the color of the stain, it was a lot more red than what I thought it was going to be, but I fell in love with my pergola."

"From start to finish, Dick (owner) and his entire crew were top notch. Level One went above and beyond to make sure our investment will be enjoyable for years to come. We are so glad we went with Level One. I am the type that gets three or more quotes on everything. With the pool being a major expense I took another step and actually went and looked at several different companies final product. I spoke with home owners that used Level One and other companies as well. What I found was, Level One from start to finish was the company I wanted installing our pool. other companies claimed to be cheaper (not by much) but did not include a start to finish install. The only extra with Level One was the electrician and gas for the heater (which was expected) and standard with all companies I looked at. Other companies I considered actually had the customer packing dirt around the pool for weeks before the concrete went in. Other companies I looked at required me, (The home owner) to pool the permit. With Level one all of the leg work, permits and inspections scheduling for the pool were handled by them. Did I mention how professional the crew was. The team showed up on time or early every day they were scheduled to be at the house. The added touch of the little extras performed by Level One added up to a lot as far as I'm concerned, Both cost savings and piece of mind. If your entertaining the idea of a pool. I would highly recommend giving Level One a call."

"Because of some od the odities of my home it took some additional planning and extra resources. Rather than just jumping into the work he did some research to make sure that everything went right the first time. The result are that I cut my heating and cooling costs by a third. I was able to get rid of my 1,000 gal propane tank and switch to a 500 gal tank. I am now off the high user list."

"LJ Concrete Construction came out to our house in April along with 2 other companies to give us an estimate on a stamped concrete patio. We wanted something that would make a statement in our backyard and give us a nice place to relax and enjoy the summer with our friends and family. They came in $1000 under the other two companies but were so professional and pleasant to talk to. Although the savings definitely helped, Joel made a better first impression and I knew I would enjoy working with him. Less than a month later (once all the spring rain finally subsided long enough to begin) they were out first thing in the morning preparing the space. The next day the concrete was poured and stamped and today it was sealed. They completed all of the work in 3 days and it looks gorgeous! I am so happy with the final product and can't wait for tomorrow when we can actually go sit on it! <br /> Joel responded to my multiple emails right away and was willing to deal with us when we made some changes to the design. Overall it was a fast and great experience and I would definitely call them again if we ever needed more concrete work done! <br />"
