There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. "I contacted Hoyt for a quote. Charles came out and made a thorough presentation, leaving me with a pamphlet explaining the product to be used. Within a day I received an email with a quote that was comparable (even a little more attractive) than the other half-dozen quotes I had received. I checked references and reviews, and decided to hire them to replace my 20+ year old roof. I was advised that the final cost could be more depending on how much wood repair was needed. I was also advised that the cost was higher due to the cost of wood (pandemic). I needed a start date delayed due to my schedule, which was to the company's advantage.
