"I used TPL to install pavers on a large back patio over the summer. I loved the job they did from start to finish. It was a priority for me to get it done quickly and they finished a two-day job in one day by bringing an extra crew. As promised, Eddie was there at the start of the day to make sure everything was great and back at the end. In terms of price, I had bid the job with a number of other companies and the price from TPL was in the middle of the bids. Given the quality and professionalism, I feel I got a very good deal. I wait on home repair jobs for about 6 months before I review to make sure that the job holds up as well as it seemed to look on install; I am as pleased with the job today as when they did it this summer. "I had to discharge them because they were unacceptable. He's a good gardener but his punctuality and reliability leave something to be desired. I called the first time he was a no-show and didn't call us to let us know he wouldn't be able to make it. I had to call twice and it went straight to voice-mail. There was a good reason, but he should've called. I told him that and asked that he not let it happen again. A week later, it did happen again. Again, there was a good reason, but again he should've called. We also never got prompt billing - we never knew when we'd receive them. It made things difficult."

"All I can say is that it that it is my experience that is VERY difficult to get reliable high quality work performed in Tucson and it is never an easy process. As for the work this company performed, I had hired other contractors to get this work done and they charged me money and did the work but the work was either poor quality or the work done did not fix the problem. One guy in Tucson, the original one that I hired to do the outdoor lighting, even contracted with me, took my deposit money, and then called me the day he was to start and told me, sorry I can't do the job and he still has not returned my deposit. So as for the work done by Brooks Restorations, well I have nothing but compliments. the work took longer to perform than estimated, some due to unforeseen issues, but people drive by my house now at night and they think its a resort. My bathroom wall is beautiful, the marble tile matches and the wall is not rotting anymore from the shower water hitting it. And, my flat roof, well the roof is now draining when it rains and the water is not puddling and remaining up on the roof after a rain, which is not good in Tucson. When the home was built, they did not slope the roof correctly and this has always been a problem. Other people I hired just kept coating it and making it worse. It actually took 16 bags of concrete to fix it, when he thought 7 would do it, and he worked on it till it drained properly and then, re-coated it. He even replaced the wood on the roof that had rotted with material that won't rot and which I had paid someone else to replace and they did not. I would HIGHLY recommend this company."

"Cimmaron was professional from start to finish.  The design and layout of the pool was unique; we went back several times with David to tweak or alter the layout.  Each time he came up with something creative that was aligned with our style.   The week before the excavation, David (designer) the the foreman (Tim) came over to spray paint the proposed design onto the backyard ground so we could get a final view of the layout and make any last-minute alterations.  At this juncture, we decided to significantly expand the spa area and were pleased that this created only a  slight additional cost.  The excavation/install was a process that made me rather nervous, as I didn't want any problems with the neighbors (the lots are fairly close together), nor did I want any damage to our house.  Tthe teams were professional, clean, polite, and respectful at every juncture.  The entire process went along as planned, and the finished product makes me feel like I live at my own resort.  Cimmaron may be more expensive than other pool builders/designers to whom we conferred, but you will definitely get a product that is unique, quality-built, and on time (with no surprises or hassles).  I would definitely go through a similar process with Cimmaron again.  The whole team is top notch:  David (designer), Tim (foreman), and Billy (landscaper).  Thanks! <br />"

"Overall Excellent work. We thought Premier Paradise worked primarily on pool design, but we were surprised and quite happy contacted them for our home patio project!  Jeromey Naugle (owner) offered a design that looked great. He submitted the design to the county and provided the paperwork for the HOA, making our work minimal. The crew who did the work were pleasant, hardworking and paid attention to quality. Everything had a level applied to it and a lot of customized work/design was required. Jeromey had custom steel doors made for the fireplace and oven, and designed the airflow to maximize heat distribution to the oven above, like that of a convection oven. It was evident that Jeromey researched the design thoroughly. We also have plenty of room for wood storage. The spa fit perfectly in the expanded patio space and Jeromey coordinated the date and installation work with the Spa company we purchased the spa from. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and have made fantastic pizza with the oven that has no difficulty reaching 400 degrees.  Congratulations to Jeromey and his fine crew for an excellent product that I do recommend to others."
