"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. It was an emergency situation because the forecast called for rain the next day. When I went on Angies List to get someone American Group Construction was the first to reply. Isai was able to come out the same day and place the tarp on the roof. I was so impressed with the professionalism I wanted them to fix the roof. He was very nice and professional. He went over what needed to be done and worked with me with respect to the home insurance company. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and was on time. The work was done as scheduled and was completed on time. I was very pleased with Isai and American Group Construction. I would definitely recommend them for work."

"Southernwood put a roof on my new construction home. Install was fine, overall appearance of the roof was nice, decent customer service and follow-up. However there was a leak in my newly installed roof. Each time I called to complain, Southernwood responded within 2 days. Each time they responded, it was something different, to much water in one area, to much debris, and a poor design. They even offered to provide a quote to rectify the poor design. I had someone else find the source of the leak - a hole in the flashing. This one little detail missed created hundreds of dollars in repairs, and could have been avoided."
