Amir was our salesman who spent so much more time than those other salesman from other window companies. In fact we had the price before he walked out the door. We also did the Lowes and Hiome Depot estimates...Forget it . I want a warranty from the people who sell and install the windows and doors. We entrusted Amir to install 41 windows, entry door, dining room french doors and two sliders. The installers were just as he described...THE BEST! Constantly cleaning, cutting, installing, one lunch break and back at it. On time and delivered as promised plus more...Customer Service!! "My initial call to set up my appointment was very easy. The tech, David, was on-time and was very thorough in his inspection of the the garage door hardware and the door opener. He had all the parts we needed on the truck and completed the job in a timely manner. Overall, I was very happy with the entire job."

"I had a spring break and cables disconnect on my garage door. The breakage even bent my door at the top where the opener kept pulling after the break. I was told when I made the appointment that 75% of these issues can be fixed. Andy came out and said he could reinforce the bent door with a rail and bigger bracket, but didn't guarantee the gap from it being bent could be fixed (made sense). Within an hour, he had completely fixed the bent door including the gap at the top was GONE and no longer bent. He also did a tune up on my other door. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me how to lube the doors with what and when. He was amazingly fast. Excellent job!"
