"They talk the talk but when push comes to shove they are awful. I had them do replacement windows. The windows that are visible from my driveway and sidewalk are excellent. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."

We have a huge selection of products for every need. Residential, Historic, Commercial, Vinyl - Wood - Aluminum. We are wholesale distributors for all our product lines and pass the savings on to the consumer. We feature our own in house installers (NEVER subs) and have a 5 star customer satisfaction rating. The owners, Bruce Schulbaum & John Mills III oversee all projects and guarantee satisfaction. Call or stop by our enormous showroom conveniently located in Providence. "The owner himself sold me my replacement windows. I remember him making a big deal that all windows come with a LIFETIME Warranty. We joked about having small children and the unexpected things that can happen. He reassured me Lifetime means Lifetime. He also hand wrote it on my invoice. That coming from the owner was a large part of why I paid Venture more than their competitors. A few years passed and one of my windows started getting cloudy. I went to Venture and in a week or so I picked up my replacement. Now again I have another cloudy piece of glass. Only this time Venture forwarded me to their vendor who told us we would need to fill out an online form. After approx 4 weeks with no update we contacted them again. They said since its been 20yrs we would need to pay $70 for the replacement. I left a message for Bruce only to be called back by his staff to let me know $70 was more important than honoring their agreement. This is something to consider before hiring."

He also replaced all bedroom closet doors as well as a shower door on my walk in shower. The work was done in a professional manner and in the timeframe agreed upon. Since then, he has been back to install an AC for me, and replace pipes under my kitchen sink. JDS Handyman is friendly, professional and high quality work. I would highly recommend him!"
